Tholian Consulate Established at Outpost 10F

The Tholian Assembly has established a Consulate office at Outpost 10F, a space station operated by the United Federation of Planets in the Barzan system. The announcement was made via subspace transmission by Tholian Ambassador Shirqeef and broadcast throughout the Outpost.

By this action, the Tholian Assembly has joined two other major interstellar powers, the Klingon and Romulan Star Empires, in creating a permanent diplomatic office at the space station. The office is not a full embassy, nor will there be any permanent Tholian military presence at the Outpost. However, the addition of a Tholian consulate helps cement the growing Federation-Tholian relations, and establishes Outpost 10F as a major political hub.

Here is an except from the announcement by Ambassador Shirqeef:

"The Tholian Assembly beleives that by establishing an office at Outpost 10F, we are participating in an important forum of galactic community. We also hope that this consulate will help to represent Tholian interests and concerns to our counterparts in the United Federation of Planets, the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire."

Always puncutal and timely, a transport vessel arrived at the Outpost with personnel and equipment for the new office. Within a mere 24 hours after the initial announcement, the new Tholian consulate was open for business on the Outpost 10F promenade.

Tholians Kick Vulcan Butt

After giving a Vulcan battlecruiser a severe lesson in losing, a small fleet of Tholian vessels decided to turn on a group of Suliban ships as well. Despite their supposedly "superior" technology, the Suliban were no match for the mighty Tholians and their amazingly manouverable ships.

Apparently, the massive battle was waged over an incredibly advanced vessel from the far future which had been carelessly left in the 22nd century. The ship from the future was being carried by a technologically backward Human vessel. Naturally, the Tholian Assembly wished to liberate the ship for proper study by a team of Tholain scientists. Unfortunately, someone from the future realised that they had left a perfectly good ship and corpse lying around in the 22nd century, and removed the ship from that timeframe. Oh well.
